BBQ Grills (Built-In or Freestanding Models)

There are SO many grill companies out there. Some are great, some are crap. (!) So, rather than you do your extensive 'research' online and look at pretty pictures, we'll help get right to the meat of it.  So because we have so many years of experience, and because we know what breaks quickly, here is our list of grills that you should take a look at. And rather than us dedicate our webspace to things that are already on their websites, we'll just bow out and send you directly to their websites. This way, you are not wasting time looking at the same thing twice. :)

There are basically three categories of grills:

RESIDENTIAL: Grills that are primarily used at a residential setting, not commercial grade, great for cooking 1-2 times per week, life expectancy of about 10-15 years, easy maintenance and not costly to own. Brands include American Outdoor Grill (AOG), Mont Alpi, Blaze Premier and The Outdoor Plus (Videl Grills).

HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL: Grills that are made with better/thicker materials, have higher heat, and have a life expectancy of 15-20 years. They're easy to maintain but parts will be a little more expensive. Brands like PGS, Solaire, Twin Eagle and Luxor are typical of this category. (Note: We stopped selling DCS products - the grills are amazing but getting parts is like pulling teeth, so we're done. And there is nothing wrong with Twin Eagle - we just don't sell it. Their lessor brand, Delta Heat, is just as good and less money. It's actually just like the AOG product...)

COMMERCIAL-TYPE QUALITY: Grills that are made far superior to the other residential brands - some even have commercial certification. Brands like FireMagic, Hestan, Blaze Pro LUX and Lynx. (Note: We're not a Lynx dealer and we don't think the brand is any good, but if you need this brand, we can facilitate you getting it. It used to be the benchmark but now has internal quality issues.) These brands are built like a tank and their life expectancy is 20+ years if you take good care of them. Parts are costly but again, these grills may outlast you! :)
